Update on Appointment of New Contractor

Good progress is being made on selecting a new Phase 1 contractor. A shortlist has now been selected and we are on track to appoint a new contractor by November.

We have also taken direct control of the ground works for Block 1 (ie the foundation work). The works are out to tender and we expect a start date on site in October.

The full construction programme should start again in January 2012.
