Construction Update

Since appointing Ardmore Construction Ltd we have been working with them to agree the construction programme for Phase 1.

In summary, the blocks will be built in the following sequence:

Block 1, which will provide 69 new homes for existing residents, will be completed by March 2013 with residents able to move in from January 2013, so only a year away!

Block 3, which will provide 65 new homes, will be completed by March 2014 with residents able to move in from January 2014.

Block 2, which will provide 65 new homes for existing residents, will be completed by March 2015 with residents able to move in from January 2015.

Fantastic progress has been made on the construction site and you can now see the frame coming out of the ground – make sure you take a look next time you’re passing. You also can’t miss the two cranes that are now on site, to help with construction activities.
