As a young resident of Wornington Green there are lots of ways to get involved in the local community or to receive support and guidance on any issues that are bothering you.
PATHWAYS2PROGRESS (P2P)
PROVIDES TAILORED SUPPORT TO 12-19 YEAR OLDS LIVING IN THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA.
Through a successful mentoring scheme they can offer advice and guidance across a range of areas from self-esteem building to anger management.
